Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Ops AI Platform

About the opportunity

We are building the Ops AI Platform to help operations teams create, evolve, and monitor AI agents that automate thousands of tasks. At ground zero you will shape the architecture, product, and foundation of this platform.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement new capabilities for AI agents, including tool integration, UI components, and safety mechanisms.
• Create a set of tools that enable users to configure, test, and evaluate agents, supporting non‑technical users.
• Build and maintain infrastructure that allows agents to connect to internal and external services.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and robustness through testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, and human‑in‑the‑loop validation.
• Scale the system from a few dozen to tens of thousands of automated tasks daily.
• Own system architecture and code quality, providing mentorship and influencing engineering culture.

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in full‑stack software engineering and systems architecture, with a focus on backend.
• 3+ years of experience as a product engineer, excited by state‑of‑the‑art AI systems.
• Experience with traditional machine learning, or large language models, or ML‑dev‑ops is a plus.
• Product‑mindset: solutions should be usable and impactful.
• Self‑directed, pragmatic, and collaborative.
• Humble and eager to grow at any seniority level.
• Fluent in English.
