Your New Role

For four weeks only, we’re opening a brand-new pop-up store at Robina, bringing our iconic, design-led products directly to the community. We’re looking for an energetic and customer-obsessed Retail Associate to help bring the space to life.

This is a full-time, four-week contract for someone who loves retail, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys creating memorable in-store experiences.

You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining a beautiful retail space, and helping customers discover the frank green range.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver warm, genuine customer service and product advice
• Create an engaging in-store experience that reflects the frank green brand
• Maintain strong product knowledge and confidently guide customer purchases
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Process transactions accurately through our POS system
• Assist with stock handling and daily store operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail experience in a customer-facing environment
• A natural ability to connect with people and create positive experiences
• Confidence working in a fast-paced retail setting
• Strong attention to detail and pride in store presentation
• Availability to work across the full four-week pop-up period, including weekends
