Your mission

To offer each customer a unique experience, whether in-store or online. Because for you, customer relations is more than a job: it's a vocation.

Your day-to-day life, if you join us:

• You'll create an authentic relationship with each customer, listening to their needs, sharing your passion, and supporting them with accurate and personalized advice. You bring your department to life by showcasing our products and services, creating an attractive, bright, and inspiring space.
• You play a key role in the entire retail chain, from inventory management to sales dynamism, including omnichannel order processing and differentiating services (rental, second-life, customization, etc.).
• You embody an authentic retail spirit, being there at the right time, with the right words and gestures—those that build loyalty, leave a lasting impression, and make a difference.
