Full-Cycle Sales Representative, Permanent

• Qualify, engage with, and close deals with brands originating from inbound leads
• Test new multichannel acquisition strategies via phone, LinkedIn, and email
• Represent KANAL at digital and in-person events
• Manage daily CRM activity and use AI tools
• Relay field feedback and needs to Account Management, Tech, and Marketing teams
• Develop sales automations and processes with the Head of Marketing
• Build the sales playbook and optimize the conversion funnel
• Implement sales tools

Requirements

• Proven initial experience in sales, ideally within the SaaS, Shopify, or e-commerce ecosystem
• Hunter and Closer mentality
• Strong preference for human interaction and solving customer problems
• Comfortable on the phone and in face-to-face meetings
• Ability to persuade with energy and empathy
• Autonomy, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and proactivity
• Fluent English required
• Prior experience with sales tools such as Lemlist, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn
