Full Cycle Account Executive (French and English speaking)
Overview
As a Full Cycle Account Executive focused on new business in the French region, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging deals with high-value clients in the Hospitality industry. This role requires a proactive and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a direct sales environment. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will understand the unique business challenges of potential clients and deliver tailored solutions that create impact and close deals effectively.
Based in Paris, France.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and identifying new business — primarily through telephone and email communication, and booking demos of our software to prospective leads.
- Qualifying leads and assessing their needs to determine the best Lightspeed solution.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Negotiating terms and closing deals with potential clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Product, to ensure a smooth experience for customers and to share market insights.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
