Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? You might just be in the right place!
Lightspeed is expanding across the South of France and we’re looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives to join our growing regional team. This role is based in Nice, France and you’ll be part of a newly established team working alongside our Field Sales Team Lead to accelerate growth and strengthen our market presence. You’ll own the end‑to‑end sales cycle from generating leads and in‑person prospecting to product demonstrations and closing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute a localised field sales strategy across the South of France, focusing on Nice and nearby markets.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through door‑to‑door visits, cold outreach, and networking.
- Deliver compelling in‑person demonstrations of Lightspeed’s POS and payments products to hospitality and retail owners.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close.
- Build long‑term relationships with SMB decision‑makers to help them streamline operations.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and local business meetups to boost Lightspeed’s visibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM data, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
What You’ll Be Bringing
- Proven experience in the field and outbound sales, ideally within solution‑based, technology, or hospitality environments.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including key segments and operational considerations.
- Skilled in sales development best practice—building pipelines, territory planning, and driving new business with strong organisational ability.
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, contributing to wider regional growth goals.
- Experienced in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage opportunities and track performance.
- Confident communicator with excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making and performance improvement.
- Entrepreneurial and adaptable—proactive, agile, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Nice To Have
- Experience in hospitality.

- Lightspeed equity scheme (we are all owners).
- Health & Wellness Credit—expense up to 400 EUR per year towards your gym membership, yoga classes, a new bike, or whatever else you do for your health.
