• Design and implement a reusable component library and technical standards for modern web applications.
• Define and govern the front‑end technology stack and integration patterns with backend services.
• Ensure scalability and performance readiness for all web frontend solutions.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping and development for quick‑win projects (2-4 weeks), supporting approaches like vibe coding.
• Mentor and support the web developers in the Factory squads.

Required Experience

10+ years in web application development, with at least 5 years as an Architect or Lead on enterprise‑level web applications.

Technical Skillsets

Core Languages: Expert in modern JavaScript / TypeScript. Frameworks: Deep expertise in a leading frontend framework (React) and associated state management / tooling. Integration: Strong understanding of API integration (REST / GraphQL) with backend services (likely Java‑based). Development: Strong experience with visual management and fast‑paced development dynamics.
