France Remote – Technical Support Engineer (Aftersales)

We are looking for a French-speaking After-Sales Support Engineer to support our growing business in the French market. This role focuses on aftersales technical support , combining technical expertise, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide aftersales technical support for the French market, including resolving technical issues, answering inquiries, and discussing solutions with clients.
• Conduct regular customer visits across France to strengthen relationships and enhance satisfaction.
• Deliver product and technical training to customers and partners, both online and on-site.
• Support project execution in the French market, collaborating closely with headquarters and European teams for smooth coordination.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Requirements

• French and English fluency (native or near-native level).
• Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics , or related fields preferred.
• Experience in PV, inverters, energy storage, or EV charging systems is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently within France for customer visits.
• Strong responsibility, customer-focused mindset , and excellent cross-cultural communication skills .
