French-Speaking Sales Manager

A global manufacturer is recruiting a French‑speaking Sales Manager to work in their office near Paris. You will be responsible for sales of electrical parts to the aircraft, automotive, electronics, or medical industries, while also managing existing customer relationships and developing new business. In the near future, you will take over the French and UK branches’ operations.

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. Full‑time, permanent. Working hours: 9:00‑17:00 Monday‑Friday.

Salary & Start Date

Negotiable. Start date: April‑July 2025, negotiable.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales of electrical parts to the aircraft industry.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with B2B clients, including aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, and maintenance organizations.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Develop strategies to position the products effectively.
  • Provide clients with technical and commercial information about our electronic parts, offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and close sales agreements.
  • Work closely with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer issues.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, track sales performance, and forecast revenue growth.
  • New business development and follow up on existing customers.
  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the aircraft industry.
  • Business trips to other EU countries and North Africa (main area is in France).

Ideal Candidate

  • B2B sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Sales experience at a trading company will be advantageous.
  • Experience in the aircraft or electronics industry will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to clients.
  • Business level of fluency in French and English.
  • Driving licence (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Eligible visa: Permanent residence, spouse, partner.
  • Not eligible: Student visa, requiring visa sponsorship.
