Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Finnish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, offering expert guidance on our products and services.
• Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and help them maximize the benefits of our solutions.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience and fostering customer loyalty.
• Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support ongoing improvements and follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance overall customer engagement.
• Stay informed on new products and industry trends to provide the best support possible.

• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
• Relevant experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
