- Acting as an Implementation Consultant for various software solutions
- Guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding and post‑onboarding process
- Conducting face‑to‑face customer meetings to promote adoption and ongoing engagement with various IT solutions
- Advising clients on best practices and optimization strategies
- Tracking data from onboarding to license activation to meet KPIs
- Using CRM systems for client-related activities
- Resolving client issues using troubleshooting tickets
- English and French at C1 level (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
