About the role
Once in Athens, you will join our multilingual customer service team as a French-language advisor. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, and chat. The work is varied, the team is diverse, and the environment is genuinely supportive — especially for people who are new to customer service.
Key responsibilities
Handle French-speaking customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve issues clearly and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
Log all interactions in our CRM system — full training is provided on all tools
Escalate complex cases following clear, structured guidelines
Work as part of an international team with colleagues from across Europe
What we need — it is a very short list
Native or near-native French (C2 / mother tongue) — this is the only
