Customer Success Account Manager (relocate Athens)

Salary: €1,560 gross/month × 14 + Uncapped Quarterly Bonus
About the Role
Step into a role where every lead is warm and every conversation counts. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you'll engage with German‑speaking customers who have already shown interest. Your mission is to understand their needs, present the right solutions, and convert interest into sales—while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Qualify leads and drive them toward a purchase decision
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Apply a consultative sales approach to maximize conversions
- Identify and act on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
- Accurately log interactions and track sales activity
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 18:00
Compensation & Benefits

Requirement: You must be in Athens at least 7 days before your start date.
What You Bring
- Fluent French (C1/native) and good English (B2+)
- Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles (inbound preferred)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Target‑driven mindset with focus on results
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and offer solutions
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
