French Social Media Specialist

BettingJobs is working with a well established iGaming group seeking to expand their remote based team with a French Social Media Specialist to focus on a new brand within their portfolio.

This is a remote based role from within France. Full time and permanent as a B2B contractor.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand voice, building the community, producing content, and collaborating with influencers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow X, Instagram, Telegram and other social accounts for the French-speaking market.
• Develop a strong and culturally relevant brand voice, tone, and personality.
• Plan, create, and publish daily social content including posts, memes, clips, and short-form video.
• Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with product and campaign milestones.
• Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with French-speaking influencers.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, giveaways, and event-based activations.
• Help launch and manage our Telegram community, driving real conversation and engagement.
• Monitor trends, fan culture, sports moments, and social conversation in real time.
• Track performance metrics and report insights to management.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Native or fluent French speaker + strong written communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in social media management, community management, or content creation.
• Deep understanding of social culture: memes, humor, football fandom, combat sports, pop culture, online conversation styles.
• Comfortable creating content in fast turnaround environments.
• Experience working with influencers or running creator partnerships. iGaming and Web3 a plus.

TO YOUR ADVANTAGE

• Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.
• Experience creating short-form content for TikTok and Snapchat
• Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express
• Experience managing Telegram or Discord communities
• Familiarity with sports betting, casino, or gaming communities
