Join an innovative global team at Chiliz, a leading sports-focused blockchain technology company. As a Web3 Community Manager, you will execute communication strategies, drive engagement, and build strong relationships within the French markets and the wider Web3 community.

Overview

This hybrid role requires a native-level French proficiency and fluency in Web3, DeFi, AI, Blockchain, and Crypto. Successful candidates will work 3 days per week in the office and must be based in or willing to relocate to Malta, Madrid, or Lyon.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement communication campaigns, initiatives, and strategies.
• Produce engaging text, image, and video content for key channels (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc).
• Build relationships with community influencers and key opinion leaders within the French-speaking Web3 space.
• Respond to community questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Organise and manage online events to boost community engagement.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Community, and Communications teams.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging community culture that encourages participation and collaboration.
• Create blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and videos.
• Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, campaigns, product and service developments to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
• Native proficiency in French and working proficiency in English.
• Familiarity and fluency in Web3, DeFi, AI, Blockchain, and Crypto.
• Demonstrated passion for the Web3 space and a genuine interest in building and nurturing online communities.
• Experience launching community initiatives, such as online forums, event series, email newsletters.
• Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
• Hands‑on experience with Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
