French Payroll Analyst

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our EMEA HCM Practice to support a France-based payroll team during a GlobalView implementation project. The consultant will provide hands-on payroll processing support to relieve existing staff and ensure continuity of payroll operations while the internal team participates in the project.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end France payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Support day-to-day payroll operations to free internal staff for project-related activities.
• Collaborate with the existing payroll team to ensure continuity and operational stability.
• Validate payroll calculations, statutory deductions, and compliance with French labor and payroll regulations.
• Support payroll reporting and address payroll-related inquiries as needed.
• Assist with issue resolution and operational troubleshooting during the engagement period.

Required Qualification(s)

• Strong hands-on experience processing France payroll.
• Solid knowledge of French labor laws and statutory payroll requirements.
• Experience working in operational payroll environments (not purely project-based).
• Ability to integrate quickly into an existing payroll team.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Experience with CEGID HR.
• Experience supporting payroll teams during system implementations or transitions.
• Located in or near Toulouse.

Duration

Project-based consulting opportunity with an anticipated start as soon as possible. Engagement expected to run through December 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Level of Effort

Full-time.
