We are looking for a HR Generalis t to support our French site in La Valle and deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role is key to ensuring a high-quality employee experience, strong compliance with French labor regulations, and seamless alignment with HR strategy and processes driven by HQ.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR administration: contracts, amendments, onboarding/offboarding, probation follow-up, absences and leaves coordination (with relevant stakeholders/providers).
  • Serve as the HR interface with external payroll providers and/or internal payroll teams (validation of inputs, data checks, resolving discrepancies).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data quality in HRIS.
  • Support managers and employees with HR policies, processes, and day-to-day HR guidance.
  • Act as first point of contact for employee topics (payslips, holy requests etc etc).
  • Ensure compliance with French labor law and group policies.
  • Support performance management cycles and coach managers on best practices.
  • Coordinate training plans locally (needs analysis, logistics, tracking).

Required qualifications & experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Labor Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist in France (2–4 years), ideally in an industrial, operational, or multi-site environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Solid skills in HR administration, HRIS usage, and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required).
