The company works with major clients to redesign workspaces and manage complex operational changes, combining strategic planning with hands‑on project delivery to ensure smooth transitions and sustained business continuity.

Position Overview

As Transition Manager, you’ll lead end‑to‑end customer service transition activities, ensuring operational continuity whilst managing multiple stakeholders across different countries. You’ll coordinate transition planning, oversee process migration, support knowledge transfer, and manage risks and dependencies. Your work will directly impact service delivery quality, team readiness, and the success of major transformation initiatives across the organisation’s European operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end customer service transitions across multiple European countries.
  • Manage complex stakeholder coordination and governance in fast‑paced transformation environments.
  • Travel across Europe (approximately two weeks at a time after initial three weeks) to support transition delivery.
  • Hybrid working with flexibility based on transition phase requirements.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer service transition activities from planning through to completion.
  • Coordinate transition governance, planning and execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Support knowledge transfer, process migration and operational readiness activities.
  • Identify, manage and escalated risks, dependencies and issues proactively.
  • Drive collaboration between local business teams, operations and delivery functions.
  • Monitor transition milestones and deliver regular status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Maintain service continuity and minimise disruption during all transition phases.
  • Support change management and communication activities across impacted teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Transition Manager within customer service operations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering international or multi‑country transitions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced transformation or outsourcing environments.
  • Strong organisational and governance capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluent French and English language skills (essential).
  • European work authorisation.
