Responsibilities
- Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e‑mail in the after‑sales process by answering inquiries and attending potential requests.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Give real‑time, accurate information that empowers customers to make decisions.
- Listen to the customers' unique situations and acknowledge their needs.
- Go beyond customer service expectations so they remember and share the great experience.
Qualifications
- Native in French (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong patience when communicating and solving issues.
- Ability to treat all data and personal information with confidentiality.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and a great team player.
- Customer‑oriented and adaptable to different types of people.
- Multitask and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Time‑management skills.
