  • Member of the Frauds & Claims team, serving as a direct interface with all teams
  • Dispute management & member relations - 60%
  • Primary point of contact for handling fraud-related inquiries
  • Management of Intercom tickets
  • Fraud analysis & detection - 25%
  • Identification of recurring patterns
  • Real-time monitoring of transaction flows
  • Litigation & legal cases - 15%
  • Handling complex cases
  • External coordination and ensuring full traceability

Requirements

  • Genuine rigor
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment
  • Higher education (Bachelor's to Master's level — Bac+3 to Bac+5)
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Intercom, Notion, Google Sheets)
  • Operational proficiency in English
