- Member of the Frauds & Claims team, serving as a direct interface with all teams
- Dispute management & member relations - 60%
- Primary point of contact for handling fraud-related inquiries
- Management of Intercom tickets
- Fraud analysis & detection - 25%
- Identification of recurring patterns
- Real-time monitoring of transaction flows
- Litigation & legal cases - 15%
- Handling complex cases
- External coordination and ensuring full traceability
Requirements
- Genuine rigor
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment
- Higher education (Bachelor's to Master's level — Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Comfortable with digital tools (Intercom, Notion, Google Sheets)
- Operational proficiency in English
