Sales Operations Analyst

Overview

• You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day sales operations.
• Provide daily operational support to sales teams (request handling, case tracking, resolving operational issues).
• Coordinate and execute communications to our seller partners (campaigns, newsletters, operational alerts).
• Identify opportunities to improve our operational routines.
• Build and maintain automations in our CRM (Zoho Suite) to improve efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end commercial projects with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Data, Tech, Finance, Logistics, etc.).

Requirements

• You are currently pursuing a master's degree (equivalent to Bac +4/+5) at a top business or engineering school, or a comparable university
• You are autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and pragmatic while maintaining a big-picture perspective
• You have a genuine interest in tools, data, and process improvement
• You can synthesize complex analyses and communicate your findings clearly
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (our communications are conducted in both languages)
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL is a plus
• Experience or strong interest in e-commerce is a major plus
