France HR Lead – Operations, Talent & Compliance

MANTU GROUP SA is seeking a Senior HR Officer to drive HR operations for our offices in France. You will manage a dedicated HR team while directly reporting to the HR Director France. Your role will encompass leading HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and HR data management, ensuring compliance with French labour laws, and supporting managers on people topics to foster a productive work environment.
