As part of Mantu’s growth, we are looking for a new talent within our Agency team. Reporting to the Agency Director, you will join the Agency department and you will be part of a multicultural team with people based in various countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues
• Analyze market trends to inform business development strategies
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance
• Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in key account management or business development
• Strong knowledge of consulting or agency services
• Bwtween 6 - 8 years of experience
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools
• Academic background: business school or related field
• English fluent. French is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
