FP&A Associate - Infrastructure fund

Our client is a leading independent infrastructure investor headquartered in Paris, managing a substantial portfolio across Europe and North America. They are looking to hire an FP&A Associate to join the central Finance function, reporting directly to the Group CFO.

The Role:

This is a highly visible role at the heart of the firm’s financial planning and strategic decision making. You will work closely with the Group CFO and senior stakeholders across the business, with exposure to strategy and M&A alongside core FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Group CFO on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, working with Finance, Human Capital, Shareholder Relations and Strategy to align inputs and plans
• Analyse financial performance and present key insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Build financial models and assess strategic initiatives, including their commercial rationale, financial impact and potential returns
• Track the execution and performance of approved initiatives against plan, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Support M&A projects, including target evaluation, financial due diligence, transaction modelling and integration planning

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3 to 6 years’ experience, ideally gained in investment banking or transaction services
• Strong grounding in accounting, corporate finance and financial modelling
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams
