Founding UX Designer & Research Lead - Equity & Remote

Raison is seeking a UX Designer to own the end-to-end design process for a learning platform. You will craft problem framing, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI while collaborating with engineers to ensure fidelity between design and shipped product.

You'll design AI-native learning experiences, maintain a scalable design system, and contribute to product strategy with user evidence. Fluency in French & English is required; Spanish is a plus.
