What you’ll do

Lead Sales Execution & Close Deals

• You are directly on the front line with prospects and clients, handling qualification, discovery, closing, and strategic deals.
• You manage your team, the pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
• You continuously refine messaging, ICP, offers, and sales cycles based on field feedback.

Build & Structure the Sales Organization

• You evolve the Sales and GTM strategy across segments, priorities, and channels.
• You strengthen processes, tools, and performance standards.
• You take ownership of and reposition the existing BDR function, including responsibilities, targeting, and methods, based on your vision and the company’s stage of growth.
• You lay the groundwork for future hiring and the broader Sales organization.

What we’re looking for

• Has already sold complex B2B / enterprise deals (SDR → AE or equivalent path)
• Is still hungry to be hands‑on, not hiding behind dashboards
• Knows how to win deals and build the system behind them
• Wants ownership, autonomy, and accountability, not comfort
• Is fluent in French and English
• Is ready to commit to an early‑stage, high‑standards environment
