Overview
As the Founding Sales at CROWN, you will lead our revenue growth by closing strategic deals and establishing our GTM foundation. You will own the sales pipeline and evolve our commercial strategy as we scale our AI‑powered procurement execution platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales execution, including qualification, discovery, and closing strategic enterprise deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, conversion metrics, and overall revenue growth targets.
- Refine messaging, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and sales cycles based on direct field feedback and market signals.
- Evolve the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and strengthen sales processes, documentation, and tooling.
- Reposition and take full ownership of the BDR function to ensure a consistent flow of high‑quality leads.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in complex B2B or Enterprise sales execution.
- Demonstrated 'grit' and a hands‑on approach to deal closing in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience building or significantly optimizing sales processes and systems from the ground up.
- Native or professional fluency in French.
- Professional fluency in English.
