We are a B2B technology company entering a new scale-up phase. We design and manufacture pellet-based industrial 3D printers, a specialised segment of advanced manufacturing.
Our product is validated, early customers are active, and the market opportunity is clear. Pellet-based printing expands access to thermoplastic materials (including injection-grade compounds) and supports industrial-scale production where efficiency, material choice and sstainability matter.
To support our 2026 growth objectives, we are strengthening our go-to-market with a more systematic, data-driven approach. Marketing is becoming a strategic function, and we are hiring a Founding Marketing Lead to build and scale the marketing function from the ground up.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Team & Function Development
Build the marketing function progressively, starting as an individual contributor
Define processes and best practices to support long-term growth
Support future hiring and manage external partners or agencies as the company scales
Marketing Strategy & Positioning
Define the marketing strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
Identify and refine ICPs, buyer personas, and value propositions
Ensure consistent and coherent messaging across all go-to-market channels
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition
Build and manage scalable organic and paid lead generation channels (website, email, paid media, content, events, partnerships)
Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified inbound and outbound demand
Monitor and optimise conversion rates across the full funnel (awareness to SQL)
Marketing Operations & Analytics
Select, implement, and manage marketing tools, CRM, and automation systems
Define MQL and SQL criteria in alignment with Sales
Track performance through clear KPIs (pipeline, CAC, ROI, conversion rates)
