Founding CTO — AI‑Driven Legal Platform (Equity)

Stealth Startup is seeking a founding CTO to build an AI-native law firm in Paris. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of experience in production software and play a crucial role in setting the technical vision, shipping products, and leading the engineering team.

The role allows for hybrid working with a strong preference for in-person collaboration. In addition to a competitive cash compensation based on founding-CTO benchmarks, the position includes significant equity participation.
