Founding Engineer

Join Bluesand as a Founding Engineer to build human-agent systems using reasoning models and semantic infrastructure — redefining how Finance runs inside every company.

What you'll do:

• Model complex domain-specific systems with elegant backend architectures
• Build autonomous Agents, integrating frontier methods to increase impact and reliability
• Design and integrate new types of interfaces for human/agent collaboration
• Build enterprise-grade systems balancing speed, trust, and scale
• Own delivery end-to-end: from architecture to shipping with fast iteration cycles
• Shape not just the product, but the company itself

Stack (evolving): TypeScript, Vercel AI SDK / Vercel, Neon / Postgres, Langsmith.

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience building and shipping great products
• Deep curiosity and ability to dive into customer domain, deriving first principles to solve complex engineering problems
• Concrete understanding of system design, tech debt tradeoffs, and scalable architecture
• Restless ambition — always pushing the frontier
