Founding Account Executive, Fintech SaaS

HireSweet is seeking a Founding Account Executive to own all sales activities for the fintech and payment services vertical worldwide. You will report to the Founder & CEO and collaborate directly with the team, shaping the sales function from the ground up.

You will drive revenue, refine playbooks, and work with Marketing to build assets. The role requires hands-on engagement, strategic thinking, and strong English communication in a fast-paced startup setting.
