Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and clients. Your role is to ensure that our solution works seamlessly in real‑world environments by integrating data, adapting our system to client needs, and solving concrete operational problems.

This is a hands‑on role with a high level of ownership, where you will directly impact both product development and client success.

What You’ll Do

• Client Integrations & Deployment: Work directly with clients to integrate their data into our platform (ERP, APIs, flat files), ensuring reliability and scalability from day one
• Build & Adapt Data Pipelines: Design and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest, clean, and structure data for forecasting and optimization
• Customize & Implement Solutions: Adapt our product to specific client use cases, build custom features when needed, and ensure smooth deployment in production environments
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with AI, product, and onboarding teams to improve models, refine workflows, and accelerate client implementations
• Own Problems End-to-End: Identify issues, propose solutions, and implement them quickly, from debugging data inconsistencies to improving system performance

We Expect You To Have

• Strong experience with Python and SQL, including hands‑on work with dataframes libraries
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
• Familiarity with APIs (REST, JSON) and integrating external data sources
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Ability to work in a client‑facing environment with clear communication
• Flexible, solution‑oriented mindset
• A minimum of 3 years in the field is highly appreciated
• Contribution to open‑source projects
• Side projects or volunteering work in the data engineering field
