Backend Software Engineer (Core AI)

We're building a next-generation AI tool designed to revolutionize business productivity. Our team of 40 passionate talents spans across France, Spain, and the United States, and our vision is backed by 6 international investment funds.

To accelerate our growth, we're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our Engineering team and help us build an innovative product that will make a real impact on how thousands of users work every day.

Vos missions

You’ll shape our core AI framework and backend, taking full ownership of backend features. You will build scalable, secure and high-performance systems integrating with AI while collaborating closely with product, data and engineering teams.

More specifically, you will:

• Build robust backend services for AI systems (RAG, model orchestration, vector databases)
• Design scalable APIs integrating LLMs and AI workflows
• Ensure security, observability, and performance across our infrastructure
• Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and testing
• Participate in architecture and tech stack decisions
• Document and share technical knowledge
• Drive continuous improvement of our AI platform with innovative solutions

Vos compétences

Technical background

• 5+ years of experience with Node.js + TypeScript stack (NestJS/React)
• Hands-on experience (or strong familiarity) with AI/ML integration (LLMs, RAG, or similar)
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, scalability, and security best practices
• Experience with databases, authentication, and cloud platforms
• Familiar with CI/CD, Git workflows, and agile methodologies
• Bonus: familiarity with other backend programming languages (go, python, ...)

• Strong technical communication
• Agile mindset focused on product and business value
• Ability to document and defend architectural decisions
• Balance between code quality and delivery speed
