Operational Excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across all outlets, ensuring seamless execution and harmony between culinary artistry and service.
- Guarantee adherence to AREV Collection and LQA luxury hospitality standards.
- Maintain strong floor presence, guiding teams during peak service times to ensure flawless delivery.
- Attract, recruit, and retain high-caliber talent with international experience in luxury hospitality.
- Build and inspire teams, instilling a culture of excellence, refinement, and pride.
- Design tailored training programs to elevate service skills, product knowledge, and guest engagement.
- Create and optimize schedules with foresight and attention to guest expectations.
- Nurture a privileged relationship with our partner for The Strand, ensuring concept fidelity and elevated guest experiences.
- Safeguard the brand’s positioning, contributing to its evolution and global reputation.
- Develop ambitious yet achievable budgets, overseeing revenues, costs, and payroll with precision.
- Manage supplier partnerships, ensuring premium product sourcing and exclusivity.
- Monitor performance through detailed reporting and craft strategies that maximize profitability without compromising excellence.
- Curate and evolve the F&B offering, ensuring it remains avant-garde and aligned with the luxury market.
- Conceive and execute exclusive events, themed evenings, and partnerships that attract a discerning clientele.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to position our outlets as premier destinations for private dining, events, and lifestyle experiences.
- Enforce uncompromising standards of hygiene, safety, and workplace discipline in line with international best practices.
- Conduct internal audits and maintain immaculate conditions across all F&B areas.
Qualifications & Experience
- Significant experience as an F&B Director (or equivalent) within ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end seasonal destinations.
- Proven track record of leading large, diverse, and international teams with success.
- Strong operational expertise combined with financial acumen.
- Local knowledge of Saint‑Tropez and the Côte d’Azur is a distinct advantage.
- Mastery of modern F&B management tools, POS systems, scheduling, and reporting software.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages highly valued.
Working Conditions
- Contract: Permanent – Executive Status.
- Package: Highly competitive remuneration + benefits package.
- Schedule: Full availability required during the season (evenings, weekends, peak periods).
- Housing: Accommodation support provided during the trial period.
