GMV is an experienced
technology group and our Institutional Flight Dynamics Systems team
in Toulouse is seeking an aerospace engineer (or equivalent profile) who has a
strong foundation in space mechanics.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
You will be
responsible for performing maintenance of flight – proven Flight
Dynamics Systems, contributing to software developments while
ensuring robust maintenance of the system through continuous improvements and
timely issue resolution.
Your mission will
encompass the following activities:Development and
maintenance of the flight dynamics algorithm layer (orbit
determination, manoeuvre planning, attitude prediction, manoeuvre assessment)
Maintenance of existing flight dynamics architectural layer. This
may include bug fixes or implementation of new
functions required by the customer.
Participation in technical meetings with the customer.
As technical experts in the tool, provide support to end users (operators
of flying satellite missions)
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking
for Aerospace Engineering (or related field) graduates with
a strong background and interest in flight dynamics and software
engineering.
Required Skills
& Knowledge: Strong foundation in applied
mathematics Solid understanding of space mechanics
Object‑oriented programming Fluency in English and French
We place strong
value on previous experience and familiarity with: Java Linux Containerization and orchestration (e.g.,
Docker, Kubernetes) ️ Databases
Additional experience in these areas will help
you thrive in the role and contribute effectively from day one.
