The role

You will be responsible for leading Zeekr’s international accounts business across Southern Europe (e.g., Italy, Spain, France, Portugal). Manages multinational and regional enterprise accounts, drives electrification strategies, and ensures a premium enterprise customer journey across diverse markets.

This is what you will do:

  • Acquire and develop strategic enterprise accounts across Southern Europe.
  • Lead RFPs, contracting processes, and multi-country framework negotiations.
  • Provide TCO‑based consulting and BEV transition strategies for corporate fleets.
  • Coordinate implementation with local market fleet teams and central Fleet Operations.
  • Deliver forecasting, reporting, and business insights for central fleet leadership.
  • Organize demos, customer events, and test drives to promote Zeekr’s BEV portfolio to large accounts.
  • Ensure alignment of regional customer needs with central product, pricing, and service teams.
  • Continuous improvement of processes and procedures to reduce operational friction.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

  • A customer‑oriented mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction principles.
  • Enterprise / B2B sales expertise.
  • Proven track record in automotive fleet sales preferably within Europe market (TCO, handling long‑term relations, RV etc.)
  • Strong negotiation skills in complex B2B environments.
  • Cross‑regional coordination capability.
  • Understanding of Southern European fleet markets, taxation, leasing, and RV.
  • Fluency in English is required, and a second European language is a plus.
