Job Description

You are joining the team within the Marketing and Customer Solutions department, which is looking for a Financial Offer Manager.

Within our Financial Offer department, which will be composed of a team of 3 people and an apprentice, your missions will include:

• Participate in the development of the UC range (OPC, structured products, diversification offers) of life insurance contracts/capitalization under French and Luxembourgish law distributed by Teora, including listing, monitoring, and contributing to the development of new structured product offerings aligned with the market.
• Participate in the proper integration and preparation of offers within the distribution channels, in collaboration with the various departments concerned (Back/Middle Office, NWM custodian, and insurers).
• Assist in supporting the Front‑office, Teora Operations, and distributors on the appropriation and implementation of financial offerings integrated into the Teora life insurance offer.
• Respond daily to requests from bankers and the “offer” services of each institution, relating to the characteristics of the products and the financial offer.
• Contribute to the creation of communication materials for bankers and maintain a close relationship with partner insurers and management companies.
• Carry out an active market watch and participate in the company’s cross‑functional projects.
• Monitor products being marketed through the production of reports and the regular updating of UC dashboards.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If this is your description, you are made to work with us! With a higher education in Finance or Wealth Management, you have a first successful experience in similar positions.

• The banking environment.
• Knowledge of the asset management industry, distribution of financial products, life insurance and project management.
• The tools of the Office Pack.

• Customer‑oriented and proactive.
• Recognized for your determination.
• An excellent communicator, able to present information in a clear and understandable way.

You are proficient in English with a B1 level.
