Job Description

You join the Business Development and Partnerships Department as a Life Insurance Development Manager. You ensure the promotion of insurers and their offers/services within its scope. You support the development of life insurance in open architecture for the needs of NWM (Natixis Wealth Management) and Private Management/Private Banking for BPCE networks.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

  • Implement the commercial strategy of the AV Front with NWM (B2C) and the BPCE Networks by actively contributing to its development and animation;
  • Participate in or establish the commercial proposals for networks and support, if necessary, NWM’s Sales Support while waiting for the creation of the positions of salespeople sitting at the Front;
  • Maintain a commercial relationship with the insurance partners and negotiate financial terms on operations, within the limits of his/her exemption;
  • Seek the best contractual conditions to meet the needs of Front AV Clients;
  • Ensure the reporting of its activity to its hierarchy and support digitalization;
  • Be an accompanying person in the context of "content/containers" activities for financial products validated in CNPNAG and CSP.

As a Life Insurance Development Manager, your mission is to ensure the quality of service offered by the Front Office. To do this, you will liaise between the VEGA IS, DNCA and CIB Management teams and the TEORA CSP for the offers they refer to, taking charge of communication and support. You will also participate in the development of the Management Delegation.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education (Bac+5), you have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions.

  • The different commercial and organizational arrangements in life insurance;
  • Financial products (Private Equity, EMTN, Management delegation...).

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:

  • Empathetic and attentive;
  • Recognized for your business acumen and availability.
