Finance teams are the strategy drivers to any organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and trends to drive cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
  • Develop financial reports, forecasts and KPI dashboards to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Perform financial assessments that inform business solutions and enhance customer value.
  • Implement process automation and data quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams while building your professional network.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree with an anticipated graduation date after the completion of your internship.
  • Available to commence an internship between January and September 2026; flexible start dates are possible. You should then be available between 3 and up to 6 months, full time (40 h/week). Internship length is subject to availability.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level C1 or higher).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups, VBA).
  • Right to work in the country of employment.
  • Based in Munich for the duration of the internship. A relocation package may be offered, subject to eligibility criteria.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets, presenting actionable data‑driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with others, driving solutions to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
  • Data visualisation skills such as proficiency in Tableau, QlikView, PowerPivot, MicroStrategy, Amazon QuickSight.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, VBA and MySQL/SQL.
  • Basic knowledge of and interest in AI.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in German (Level B2 or higher). Applications with German (Level B1 or lower) will also be considered.
