Imagine yourself leading a passionate technical team, managing cutting-edge technologies in one of the most advanced logistics centers in the world. As a Maintenance Supervisor at Amazon, you will be more than a technical expert: you will be a leader contributing to the operational excellence of our automated facilities. Your knowledge and decisions will ensure the delivery of millions of packages to our customers each day.

Within a team of 13 RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) members, you will directly supervise 4 technicians and collaborate with experts across our network. You will have access to exclusive Amazon technologies and can propose innovative solutions to optimize our operations, with opportunities to share successful initiatives at the European level.

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by maximizing equipment availability—using your technical expertise to continuously optimize operations and meet delivery deadlines.
  2. Promote safety best practices by setting an example and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  3. Develop your leadership skills by training and mentoring a team of technicians, acting as their technical mentor and primary contact.
  4. Drive operational excellence through coordinating preventive maintenance, managing critical spare parts via EAM system, and supervising subcontractor interventions.
  5. Shape the future of our European network by participating in large-scale international improvement projects, contributing to process standardization and optimization at local, national, or European levels.

A day in the life

Joining the RME team at Amazon provides a unique technological environment where innovation is constant. You will work directly with the latest automation technologies, often exclusive to Amazon, and actively contribute to their evolution. Our ongoing training programs and mentorship will help you quickly develop technical expertise and leadership skills.

This role offers a real career stepping stone within Amazon. You can advance to more senior technical management positions, explore opportunities across our European network, or specialize further in RME engineering. The exposure to advanced technologies and international projects makes this an excellent career accelerator.

  • Morning team: 5 am - 2 pm
  • Afternoon team: 1 pm - 10 pm
  • Night team: 9 pm - 6 am

This system offers predictable schedules and regular rest periods.

This position is classified as supervisory staff. Overtime is compensated.
