Finance Transformation Specialist - Reporting & Planning (f/m)
Job Description: Take off with Airbus Helicopters! Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Finance Transformation Specialist - Reporting & Planning (f/m) to join the Finance Department based in Marignane, France.

Your Future Missions
This role supports Finance processes & system execution as well as transformation journey at Airbus Helicopters (AH). You will contribute to projects focused on simplification, harmonization, standardization and innovation. As a key member of the Finance Transformation team, you will help maintain digital assets, implement new technologies, and promote new ways of working with end‑users.
Located at the AH Marignane site, you will play a crucial role in animating the France Finance community on digital and transformation topics. Your mission involves providing new digital capabilities and collaborating closely with IT and business teams to deliver optimized solutions for data analysis, performance dashboards and simulations.
Your Role – Business Analysis
- Business Advisory & Innovation: develop and promote digital excellence and culture of innovation
- Requirements management: gather, analyze and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and surveys with finance professionals to understand current processes, pain points and desired future state
- Process optimization: identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency and reduce costs, often dealing with SAP S4H, SAP MDG, Celonis, BI solutions and RPA implementation
- Solution benchmark & design: work closely with IT and other business stakeholders to evaluate potential solutions, assess feasibility and ensure alignment with business strategic goals; create detailed functional specifications and use‑cases to guide development
- Data crunching & analysis: analyze financial data to uncover trends and patterns, define data and reporting needs for new systems, ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with regulations; deal with technical solutions such as Palentir, SAP SAC, Sportfire, BW4H
- User acceptance testing (UAT): define and execute UAT using JIRA ensuring all business requirements are met
- Change management activities: accompany business teams with digital culture, training, live support and participation in business team meetings
Your Role – Project Leadership & Digital Community
- Portfolio management: review project requests, prepare a one‑pager for prioritization and deliver Business Case
- Project planning & execution: develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation; oversee the project from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met
- Stakeholder management: primary point of contact for all stakeholders, from senior management to end‑users; manage expectations, communicate progress and resolve conflicts to maintain alignment and support
- Risk and issue management: proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies and track and resolve issues as they arise to prevent project derailment
- Project leadership and coordination: lead and motivate a cross‑functional team, including business analysts, developers, QA testers and finance subject‑matter experts; coordinate tasks and ensure effective collaboration in an Agile scrum methodology
- Change management: work closely with the business to manage the organisational change that comes with new systems and processes, ensuring user adoption through effective communication, training and support
What you need to make real, what matters
- Leadership and social competencies
- Proficient in English
- Work experience in an international environment and business experiences in various regions, ideally in large complex organisations or consulting firms
- Knowledge about Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax), Compliance and Audit business processes
- In‑depth experience in Digital and SAP landscape, leading large‑scale projects in Reporting, Advanced analytics, Planning/EPM implementations and other related Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing systems/digital solutions (Reporting & Planning, applied AI, data‑hub, etc.)
- Strong interest in new digital technologies & new way of working
- Experience in leading Digital project teams, managing project portfolios and running multiple initiatives in parallel
- University degree
