Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• As a Finance Specialist, you will take ownership of financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial success of our initiatives.
• As a business partner for local leaders, you will prepare and review business cases, track and validate financial impacts, conduct trend analyses, and create detailed financial reports.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• A five-year degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or economics is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to financial analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with financial tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; experience in efficient data management and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., SAP, SAC) would be a plus.
• Resilience under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial tracking methodologies.
• Sensitivity in handling confidential information, with a commitment to upholding the highest professional and process standards.
• Ability to work on-site at our Paris office.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English with the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders; business level communication skills in French is a plus.

Location: Paris, France. You will be part of the Finance team and collaborate with firm functions to ensure compliance with local regulations.
