Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting & Consolidation Manager to lead and coordinate global consolidated reporting, statutory accounts, and external audits. In this role, you will ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and internal standards, while providing strategic financial insights to the CFO. You’ll work closely with finance teams worldwide and the executive leadership to support accurate financial consolidation and reporting. This role offers the chance to be a key contributor within a growing international finance function.

You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex financial data with precision. You communicate effectively, enjoy collaborating across teams, and are driven by ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate global consolidated financial reporting and statutory accounts preparation
• Manage the external audit process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, and internal accounting policies
• Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support the CFO’s decision-making
• Collaborate with finance teams across multiple countries to consolidate financial data
• Continuously improve consolidation processes and internal controls

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and audit requirements
• Experience managing external audits and statutory reporting
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
• Fluency in English (French is a plus)
