Finance Process Owner Group Controlling

Reporting directly to the Finance transformation & Group Controlling director, your core mission is to act both as the central point of contact for controlling and as a transformation ambassador, ensuring global data consistency and analysis, and driving the evolution of controlling processes (budget, forecast, business reviews…) and finance digitalization across the Group.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance transformation :

• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the finance transformation roadmap
• Act as a "transformation ambassador" to finance and business teams, providing hands‑on support and communication through finance communities to ensure the adoption of new tools and habits.
• Identify specific levers for efficiency within current workflows and propose concrete solutions to streamline financial operations.
• Support the deployment of digital tools (Business Intelligence, Power BI, Robotics) across the Group.

Group Controlling :

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process and group‑wide forecasting cycles with all regions / Global functions & entities
• Analyze group‑wide financial and operational results, identify key variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
• Contribute to the definition and monitoring of KPIs used for strategic decision‑making across the organization
• Maintain and evolve the template for P&L business reviews across all the organization (site, region,...)
• Drive the implementation and optimization of processes defined at Group controlling level across the organization and provide support to corporate, global, regional and local finance teams

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES :

• Experience in Controlling / Financial Planning Analysis (annual budgeting, forecasting at a group level) within an international environment
• Strong analytical rigor combined with the ability to communicate complex data simply
