Finance Manager

We are a family-owned global leader in juice and specialty ingredient solutions, providing a comprehensive 360º natural product offering to the Food & Beverage industry. Our Finance team is building a leading organization rooted in continuous improvement, process efficiency, and technology adoption. As a growing international company, we are seeking a Finance Manager for our new French site, located in the Maritime Alps region.

The Finance Manager will lead financial operations and ensure alignment with the Group’s reporting, compliance, and strategic objectives. This role combines hands-on financial management with strategic business partnership, providing insights that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. The Finance Manager is responsible for all accounting, controlling, and reporting activities of our French site, including the integration of all finance functions into the Group structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, AR/AP, cash flow, and payroll (with an external company).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and Group policies.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing under IFRS.
• Complete IFRS reporting in line with corporate standards.
• Coordinate audits, statutory reporting, and reconciliation between IFRS and local GAAP.
• Manage tax filings including corporate income tax, VAT, and other indirect taxes.
• Ensure internal controls, SOX compliance, and continuous process improvement.
• Oversee cost control, pricing analysis, and margin optimization.
• Partner with Group Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Provide financial insights supporting management decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Support P2P and O2C processes and coordinate local payments (taxes, salaries, etc.).

Knowledge and skills

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance management within manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP; ERP/SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in a multinational or financial integration environment.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
