SKIDATA – ASSA ABLOY, an international player in access control and ticketing solutions, is looking for a Finance Manager in the Argenteuil office (95). A subsidiary of the ASSA ABLOY Group, SKIDATA is a global leader with more than 1,500 employees and 10,000 installations worldwide. The France scope for this role includes managing 3 accountants and overseeing €20M in revenue.

What you would do as a Finance Manager?

The Job Holder will manage and control overall financial reporting and accounting operations, provide day‑to‑day support to the business and analyse financial performance. They will act as a gatekeeper for compliance and financial accuracy, focus on continuous improvement of financial processes, and provide analysis of KPIs to support business development.

• Ensure quality and timely accounting, reporting and KPI analysis; serve as a finance business partner to local and regional teams.
• Manage financial matters, communicate risks to upper management and propose solutions, prepare or supervise budgets, forecasts and reporting packages.
• Oversee short‑ and long‑term pricing and cost management, maintain high standard of reporting and integrity of BS and IS accounts, follow IFRS and company rules.
• Analyse and monitor the investment process, including Payback time, cash‑flow impact, capitalization, CIP aging and CAPEX approval.
• Drive cash‑flow and debt management, optimise working capital, prepare presentations for business reviews, handle year‑end audit, internal audits, projects and ad‑hoc requests.
• Oversee and own local payroll activities and support local HR administration.

The Skills and Experience You Need

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; strong knowledge of accounting and controlling, preferably in a matrix international environment.
• Knowledge of income‑tax law, local regulations and IFRS; excellent analytical skills with a focus on timely, accurate financial data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel, HFM/OneStream and ERP.
• Excellent written and verbal English; accurate, flexible, communicative, able to work independently and in a team.
