Position Overview

As Finance Controller, you will oversee all financial and accounting activities related to the Food & Beverage operations at Nikki Beach Saint‑Tropez. Acting as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and Director of Finance – F&B, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost controls, budget management, compliance with internal policies, and the financial success of the venue.

You will play a critical role in supporting operational decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports, including flash reports, profit and loss statements, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Monitor daily revenue reporting, cash controls, discounts, complimentary items, cancellations, and operational expenses.
  • Analyze F&B cost of sales, labor costs, and operating expenses, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Lead monthly closing processes and ensure all financial records are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX planning, and financial performance reviews.
  • Review and authorize financial documentation, including petty cash, supplier payments, contracts, and asset records.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, licensing obligations, and company policies.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audit processes.
  • Oversee payroll reviews, service charge distributions, and seasonal staffing cost analysis.
  • Produce variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Partner closely with department heads to support financial planning and operational decision-making.
  • Attend management meetings and present financial results, forecasts, and business insights.
  • Manage, coach, and develop members of the finance team.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, legal representatives, and corporate finance teams as required.
  • Support pricing analysis, business cases, and investment evaluations for new projects and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong background in hospitality finance, preferably within luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, or beach clubs.
  • Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, payroll, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with hospitality finance systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced seasonal environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence operational and financial decisions.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
