FIG Experienced Associate or VP

A leading US Investment Bank is looking to add a VP or SVP into its FIG Investment Banking team in Paris.

This is an established international firm that has been increasing its presence across Europe strategically which provides the chance to add value in a leaner structure.

The firm is noted for having access to a strong deal flow thanks to its extensive network of industry clients across Europe. It is also reputable for maintaining a balanced boutique style collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of live mandates in the FIG/FinTech space
• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and client presentations
• Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions
• Conduct in-depth industry, company, and market research to support strategic insights
• Engage directly with clients, investors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-time experience in Transaction Services or M&A/Investment Banking
• FIG/FinTech expertise is essential
• Strong technical skills, including financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, Comps, etc.)
• Exceptional academic background from a top-tier university or business school
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding and intellectually rigorous environment
• Fluency in French is needed
