Investment Banking - France Coverage - Associate - Paris

As an Analyst/Associate within the Investment Banking France Coverage team, you will assist in the origination and execution of public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across all industry sectors, equity and debt capital markets advisory on various types of capital and debt raising transactions such as listings, rights issues, acquisition & leveraged finance in France together with other bankers from the team, as well as colleagues from industry, country and other product teams in other regions/countries. Job responsibilities

Prepare presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialogue

Conduct detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading and transaction comparables and LBO analysis

Perform detailed combination models, transaction structuring and other financial analysis

Participate in day-to-day deal execution, interacting with senior deal team members, client management teams, transaction counterparties and other advisors

Assist clients in due diligence by coordinating the information flow, supervising calls and meetings between the parties, as well as reviewing and
