We are seeking for a motivated and skilled Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in France.
Location: France (Home Office based | Rhône Alpes Region, Lyon and Grenoble)

We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative who thrives in the field—someone who can build strong customer relationships, understand technical needs, and drive real growth through smart, strategic selling.
What You'll Do – Your Mission:
- Protecting and growing existing accounts: Deepen customer relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and expand our footprint within existing businesses through cross‑selling opportunities.
- Hunting for new business: Proactively identify new opportunities across industrial sectors, map out key contacts, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Driving technical consultative sales: Understand complex industrial challenges and offer tailored sealing solutions from our extensive product portfolio.
- Owning your territory: Plan, forecast, and manage a robust sales pipeline. Track KPIs and deliver against revenue and margin targets.
- Be the face of James Walker: Build your presence in the market, represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings, and act as the go‑to expert for the company’s solutions.
What You Bring:
- Proven success in field sales, especially in technical B2B (sealing, SemiCon, Chemical, Mechanical or Hydro – power industrial environments)
- Strong ability to consult, influence, and close deals in complex solution‑selling scenarios
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with sales planning, pipeline management, and reporting tools (e.g., CRM, OPT – Opportunity Pipeline)
- A self‑starter mentality – able to own your results, adapt quickly, and continuously improve
- Applicants must have native‑level proficiency in French, and professional level of English
Preferred:
- Familiarity with SemiCon industry/ sealing solutions or technical components for engineered systems
